13.04.090 - Cleaning of public sidewalks—Hours. The Director of the Department of Public Works is authorized to determine and to designate hours of cleaning for public sidewalks. The Director, or a designee, must place appropriate signs or markings to give notice of designated hours of cleaning. During such designated and noticed hours of cleaning, no person shall sit, lie, sleep, camp, or otherwise obstruct the cleaning of the designated public sidewalks by the Department of Public Works.
