5.07.150 - Offenses and criminal penalties. Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars; and if such violation shall be continuing, each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
