Sec. 26-294. - Revocation of permit. In addition to the penalties provided for violation of this article, the parking official shall revoke the digital permit of any person found to have committed three or more violations of this article within any one year. Upon a determination by the parking official that a person who holds a permit has been adjudicated to have committed the number of violations set forth in the preceding sentence within the prescribed period, the parking official shall provide written notification to such person by certified mail, return receipt requested, revoking the digital permit privileges in the digital parking database.
