SEC. 19-14. TRASH, ETC., NOT TO BE THROWN FROM HOUSES. No person shall throw any article, trash, filth, slop or anything else, whatever, from the roof or upper story, or window of a house, upon the house or premises of another or upon any street or sidewalk. (Code 1941, Art. 87-4)
