SEC. 51A-7.1715. PREMISE VERSUS NON-PREMISE ADVERTISEMENT. Notwithstanding any other provision of this ordinance, any sign that may display non-premise advertisement may display premise advertisement in place of the non-premise advertisement, so long as the sign complies with other requirements of this ordinance that do not pertain to the content of the message displayed.
