§ 1.1.9 - City recovery of damages from a culpable private party. If a person, corporation or other entity shall recover judgment against the City and County for damages sustained by reason of a defect in the streets, avenues, alleys or public places, the City and County shall have the right to recover the amount of the judgment from a person, corporation or other entity who may have caused such defect.
