§68.0220 Commencement of Appellate Procedure Any person affected by an action taken or purported to be taken under authority of this division, or by a failure to act in conformity with this division, may appeal such action or failure to act by filing within ten (10) days of such act or failure, an appellate petition with the City Clerk on a form furnished by him.
