Sec. 6-28-31. - Compliance with applicable laws and ordinances. Grantee shall, at all times during the term of its franchise, be subject to the provisions of the present Charter of the city, the present ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations and laws of the city and the state and to the provisions of any further charter, ordinance, resolution, rule, regulation or law of the city or of the state, so far as they may be applicable.
