Sec. 40-199. - Penalty. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by section 1-6 of this Code. Each and every day that any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. (Code 1968, § 41-199; Ord. No. 72-97, § 8, 1-19-72; Ord.
