Purpose.
Riverside Municipal Code § 3.31.010
in effect3.31.010 - Purpose.
The City Council hereby finds and determines that it is appropriate and necessary to require the recovery of costs and expenses incurred by the City for the enforcement of various provisions of this Code relating to the public's health, safety and welfare from those whose action or inaction caused, allowed or permitted such condition to exist. By this chapter, the City Council desires to provide for the imposition and collection of administrative and other charges relating to the enforcement of various provisions of this Code and abatement proceedings authorized thereby.
