Sec. 537-8. - Building codes. The repair, alteration or rehabilitation of any structure or portion thereof which may be required by the provisions of these standards shall be done in accordance with the applicable state rules and regulations as promulgated by the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission and in accordance with the "Building Standards and Procedures," Chapter 536 of this Code.
