in effectSec. 135-244. - Drug testing laboratory fund.
(a) There is hereby created a special fund to be designated as the "drug testing laboratory fund" in the office of the Marion Superior Court. This fund shall be a continuing, nonreverting fund, with all balances remaining therein at the end of each year. Such balances shall not lapse into the county general fund, or ever be directly or indirectly diverted in any manner to uses other than those stated in this section.
(b) The fund shall consist of all fees collected by the Marion Superior Court drug testing laboratory which are not required by statute to be deposited in the county general fund or county user fee fund.
(c) The fund shall be administered by the Marion Superior Court, and all funds deposited therein shall be appropriated and used solely for the operation of the Marion Superior Court drug testing laboratory.
