14.04.070 - Use of charges collected. The proceeds from the charges imposed and collected under this Chapter, except those charges imposed and collected pursuant to Section 14.04.130, shall be used solely for the maintenance, operation, improvement, expansion, extension or betterment of the sanitary and storm sewer collection system, treatment facilities and reasonable appurtenances of the City and for the costs of collecting the charges imposed in this Chapter and of administering the rules of this Chapter.
