Sec. 241-219. - Meetings. (a) Regular meetings of the committee shall be held regularly, at least once quarterly. (b) Special meetings of the committee may be called by the executive committee. (c) A written notice of the location, date, time and agenda of each meeting shall be mailed to each committee member at least forty-eight (48) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) prior to a scheduled regular meeting, and ten (10) days before a special meeting.
