Sec. 21-173. - Additional requirements. The director may develop rules to ensure that particulate matter originating on a site or as a result of the operations on the site do not create a nuisance. These rules may include dust-suppression techniques, maintenance of entrances and exits and physical barriers and similar practices and may be incorporated into site permits. A copy of the regulations shall be maintained in the director's office for inspection, and copies may be purchased at the fee prescribed by law. (Ord. No. 07-545, § 2, 5-9-07)
