§ 38-730. - Use of athletic fields. (a) Persons 18 years of age and over are prohibited from using athletic fields designated as youth athletic fields, except as authorized by the General Manager in accordance with NCRCRA policies and guidelines. (b) No person shall use a designated athletic facility for purposes other than as posted, except as authorized by the General Manager in accordance with NCRCRA policies and guidelines. (Ord.
