Sec. 185.104. - Expiration and renewal of permits. All permits issued under this Chapter shall expire on September 30 annually and may be renewed from year to year upon the filing of a renewal application and a finding by the Sheriff that the applicant has complied with the applicable provisions of this Chapter.
