§ 34-210 REQUIREMENTS FOR HAILABLE SERVICE. No person shall provide hailable service unless: (a) A taximeter is installed in the vehicle that accurately calculates the rate of fare; and (b) The name of the licensee and rate information is permanently displayed on the outside of the rear door or front door, in letters not less than two and one-half inches in height and not less than five-sixteenths inch wide.
