15.120.240 Designation of advisory agency. The planning director is designated as the "advisory agency," as such term is used in the Subdivision Map Act, in connection with proposed divisions of land by a federal agency or its contractors on property which has been designated as a project site for experimental residential housing. The director shall make investigations and reports on the design and improvement of proposed divisions of land within such project site. (Prior code § 52.07.702)
