Sec. 632. - Designation and term of Chairman. Immediately upon the qualifications of the commissioners of the Memphis and Shelby County Port Commission, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Memphis and the Quarterly County Court of Shelby County shall designate one of the members of said commission as Chairman, who shall hold office as such during the term for which he is elected a member thereof. (Priv. Acts 1947, ch. 500, § 2)
