11.14.080 - Education—Counseling. By committee, the judges of the Las Vegas Municipal Court shall continue to supervise and monitor the operation of a program of education and counseling on the use and abuse of alcohol and controlled substances for the benefit of persons who: (A) Are convicted in the Municipal Court of violating this Chapter or any ordinance corresponding to NRS 484.379; or (B) Have agreed or acquiesced to such education or counseling pending an anticipated disposition of a charge of violating this Chapter or any ordinance corresponding to NRS 484.379. (Ord. 5864 § 2 (part), 2006)
