9.36.100 - Appeals. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Department of Fire and Rescue in denying, refusing to renew, suspending or revoking a permit may appeal that decision within thirty days to the City Council by filing written notice of appeal with the Department. The City Council shall hear the applicant at its first regular meeting following the expiration of ten days after the City Clerk receives the notice of appeal. (Ord.
