Sec. 49-475. - Maintenance and repair. The permittee shall maintain the permitted parking area in a safe and clean condition at all times. Where white stripes are required, they must be repainted as frequently as needed to remain easily visible. Paving failures shall be repaired immediately upon discovery or notification of such failure. (Code 1950, § 331A.5-5)
