81-44.5. Driver Training Course. 1. The registration fee for a defensive driving course sponsored by the police department shall be $30. 2. Any city of Milwaukee employee who enrolls in the defensive driving course on a voluntary basis for attendance on the employee's own time shall be exempt from the payment of the registration fee. 3. Any city of Milwaukee employee who has been convicted of traffic violations and has been directed by the courts to attend the defensive driving course shall be required to pay the registration fee and attend the course on his or her own time. (See ss. 312-23 and 340-23.)
