Sec. 7.81. Use of DDT, DDD and Mercury-Based Fungicides. There shall be no further acquisition, storage, or use by any City department of dichlorodiphenyltrichlorethane (DDT), dichlorodiphenyldi-chlorethane (DDD), or of mercury-based fungicides, and the head of each department which has any City-owned supplies thereof shall immediately cause said supplies to be disposed of at one of the Los Angeles County dumps certified for said purpose.
