Transfer.
Denver Revised Municipal Code § 35-72
in effectSec. 35-72. - Transfer.
(a) Licenses under this division may, upon written application, be transferable.
(b) Application for transfer shall be made to the manager of licensing and consumer protection and shall be referred by the manager to the director of building inspection for investigation of the character and fitness of the transferee, and inspection of the trailer park in question.
(c) Upon recommendation of such transfer by the director of building inspection to the manager, the license shall be transferred to the transferee upon payment by the transferee of a transfer fee of twenty dollars ($20.00).
