Sec. 9-58-11. - Administration/enforcement. A. Administration and enforcement of this chapter shall be the responsibility of the city permits office, City Police Department, public works division, and neighborhood improvement. The city, by and through its authorized representatives, is hereby authorized to enter any property regulated by this chapter, at reasonable or necessary times in order to properly inspect for violations. B. The permits office is hereby authorized to promulgate all such rules and regulations considered necessary and proper to effectuate the implementation and enforcement of this chapter. (Ord.
