Sec. 460.107. - Voluntary compliance with Health Code. In lieu of enforcement of the Health Code by compulsory means authorized herein, the Department is authorized to seek voluntary compliance with the Health Code by way of notice, warning or other educational means; however, the Department shall not be required to seek voluntary compliance as a condition precedent to compulsory enforcement of the Health Code.
