Sec. 32-205. - Organization. The parks board shall organize by electing from their membership a chairman, a vice-chairman, a president, a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer, each of whom shall hold office for one year or until a successor shall have been elected and qualified. In addition, the board may appoint one of its employees to act as an executive director and may appoint one of its employees to act as an assistant secretary. The board may adopt such administrative procedures as are necessary or convenient to accomplish the purposes set out in this article. (Ord. No. 2016-65, § 2(Exh. A), 1-20-2016)
