377.13 - Effective Date. (a) The provisions of this Chapter will be effective January 1, 2021. (b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Chapter, this Chapter does not apply to (1) financial incentive agreements that are amendments to agreements entered into before the effective date of this Chapter unless those amendments expand the financial incentive provided, (2) construction contracts that are entered into pursuant to, related to, or in furtherance of agreements entered into before the effective date of this Chapter, or (3) financial incentive agreements or construction contracts that are entered into pursuant to, related to, or in furtherance of economic development agreements entered into by the City before the effective date of this Chapter.
