§ 12-926. Center City Parking Regulations. (1) Loading zones of any type, whether or not described in this Code, are hereby authorized within the area bounded as follows: Bainbridge Street (extended), the Schuylkill River, Spring Garden Street (extended), and the Delaware River. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary, including Code subsections 12-2711(2) and 12-905(1), all regulations of the Department of Streets for the establishment of these loading zones are hereby confirmed and reestablished. The Department of Streets is hereby authorized to promulgate any additional regulations consistent with Section 12-926.
