§121.0411 Failure to Comply with Administrative Enforcement Order If the responsible person served with an Administrative Enforcement Order fails to comply with the terms of the order, the responsible person may be prosecuted under Municipal Code Section 12.0413 and the City Manager may begin appropriate abatement action as authorized in the order.
