Sec. 34-227. - Determination in extenuating circumstances. The president/chief executive officer of the system is hereby authorized to designate a committee comprised of representatives from quality control and customer service empowered to establish special monthly commercial rates in cases where extenuating circumstances exist, such as the use of water in a manufactured product, the use of water from a consumer's own supply where there is no meter, excessive irrigation, etc. The committee shall, upon review of the facts, make a determination as to sewer service charges in such instances.
