Sec. 3-15. - Administrative rules. The director is hereby authorized to promulgate rules regarding the application requirements for permits and licenses issued under this chapter. A copy of the rules shall be maintained by the department, published on the department's website, and made available in the office of the city secretary for inspection by the public, and copies shall be made available for purchase consistent with the fees prescribed by law.
