Sec. 200.109. - Penalty. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this Chapter. Where no other penalty is provided, violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be punishable as a class C offense and, upon conviction for a second offense, the permit issued pursuant to this Chapter may be revoked by the Sheriff.
