Sec. 108.307. - Scientific and technological advisory services; research. The Communications Division shall provide agencies with scientific and technological advisory services relating to communications systems and services. The Division is authorized to undertake the necessary research in the sciences and technologies of communications and related systems as may be required to meet its obligation under this Section.
