(a) All vehicles operating in a field area shall be equipped with a two–way radio and maintain continual receiver contact with the control tower unless otherwise authorized by the Director.
(b) All vehicles without radio equipment permitted to operate in a field area shall not be driven or otherwise moved within a distance of 100 feet from the edge of a runway without clearance from the control tower. All directions given by standard light signals from any control tower shall be strictly adhered to and it shall be the responsibility of all operators of motor vehicles to know the meaning of and obey said standard light signals.
