4123.19 - Temporary lights. Temporary lights shall be provided from sunset to sunrise on all material, equipment, walkways, railings, fences, and canopies located on public property. All such temporary lighting shall be subject to departmental approval. (Ord. 1404-99 § 2 (part).)
