7.40.320 - Animal transport—Vehicle requirements. (A) Vehicles used in transporting animals shall be equipped to provide fresh air to all animals being transported without injurious drafts. (B) The animal cargo space shall be so constructed and maintained as to prevent the entrance of exhaust from the vehicle's engine. (C) The interior of the animal cargo space shall be kept clean and dry. (Ord. 5220 § 64, 2000)
