Houston Code of Ordinances § 47-501
in effectSec. 47-501. - Manifests.
(a) The department shall promulgate a multiple-copy form for manifests to be used by generators, transporters and disposers to document the transfer of waste.
(b) The manifest copies shall be designated as follows:
(1) Generator copy (white).
(2) Generator return copy (yellow).
(3) HHD copy/transporter copy.
(4) HHD copy/secondary transporter copy. If a secondary transporter is not used, this copy may be retained by the primary transporter.
(5) Disposal site copy.
