§ 38-88.1. - Director may establish earlier closing times. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the Director may establish an earlier closing time for any park, or for any portion(s) of any park, for a period not to exceed 60 consecutive days if he or she determines that such action is necessary to curtail criminal activity in such park. A determination by the Director of the necessity of an earlier closing time for any park shall be based upon a recommendation from the Chief of Police of the Oklahoma City Police Department, or his or her designee, that such action is necessary to curtail criminal activity in such park. In all instances, such new hours shall be posted in the affected park. Persons remaining in any park after the posted closing time shall be deemed to be trespassing on public property. (Ord.
