LAW ENFORCEMENT CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAM FEE

Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 135-401 Receipts.

Sec. 135-401. - Receipts. Amounts collected by the county clerk as the law enforcement continuing education program fee shall be paid to the county auditor for deposit in the county user fee fund. (G.O. 72, 1993, § 1)

Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 135-402 Distributions.

Sec. 135-402. - Distributions. Upon receipt of claims submitted to the council by filing with the county auditor by a law enforcement agency entitled to such funds under IC 5-2-8, the county auditor shall verify the amounts of such claims. Upon verification by the county auditor, the amounts shall be deemed appropriated to the respective law enforcement agencies and distributed to the respective law enforcement agencies in accordance with IC 5-2-8. Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 135-403 Appropriations.

Sec. 135-403. - Appropriations. Amounts distributed pursuant to section 135-402 to a law enforcement agency whose budget and expenditures are subject to appropriations by the city-county council shall not be expended except pursuant to appropriations regularly made by the city-county council. (G.O. 72, 1993, § 1)
