§27.2961 Continuing Violations — Extensions of Vendor Credit A candidate or committee treasurer violates section 27.2960 whenever the candidate or committee treasurer fails to make payment in full for rent, goods, or services within the time periods set forth in section 27.2960. Each and every calendar day any obligation remains partially or wholly unpaid after the time periods set forth in section 27.2960 constitutes a separate violation. (Amended 9-12-2000 by O-18846 N.S.) (Repealed and added 9-7-2004 by O-19317 N.S.; effective 1-5-2005.)
