§ 14-6-24 - CALCULATION AND PAYMENT OF PERMIT FEE. (A) Except as provided in Subsection (B), the building official shall calculate the fee for a temporary use of right-of-way permit at the rate established by separate ordinance for a right-of-way use for construction permit fee issued on a nonrenewable 30-day permit basis. (B) The building official may not charge a fee for a temporary use of right-of-way permit effective for fewer than six days. (C) A person requesting a temporary use of right-of-way permit effective for six or more days shall pay the permit fee in full before issuance of the permit or any extension of the permit.
