6.26.100 - Liability. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or who aids in the violation of any provisions of this chapter shall be liable for, and the court shall award to the person whose rights are violated, actual damages, costs, and attorney's fees. In addition, the court may award punitive damages in a proper case. (Ord. 5599 § 1, 1987)
