§ 4-3-61 - OFFENSE AND PENALTY.
(A) Except as provided in Subsections (B) and (C), a person who violates this chapter commits an offense. An offense under this chapter is a Class C misdemeanor punishable in accordance with Section 1-1-99 (Offenses; General Penalty).
(B) An offense under Section 4-3-1 (Hours of Operation) or Section 4-3-2 (Restriction on Noise) is punishable by a fine of not less than $50.
(C) A person who aids, abets, or assists a violation of this article is subject to a fine of not less than $50.
