14.18.210 - Payment—When. All fees, charges, assessments and penalties that are imposed pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter, or pursuant to the approved schedule of fees and charges that is established in accordance with Section 14.18.200, shall be due and payable upon delivery of notice thereof, or upon mailing such notice to the last known mailing address of the person or entity responsible for payment thereof. All such fees, charges, assessments and penalties shall be and become delinquent thirty days after delivery or mailing of the notice described above. (Ord. 6006 § 22, 2008)
