14.18.220 - Records of fees and other charges. The City shall keep a permanent and accurate account of all fees, charges, assessments and penalties that are received by it under this Chapter, which account shall include the name and address of each person who paid any such fee, charge, assessment or penalty or on whose behalf the same was paid, the date of such payment and amount thereof and the purpose for which the same was paid.
