Sec. 2-625. - Transfer of duties. To the extent that a provision of this Code or of any ordinance, executive order, administrative procedure, administrative order, or contract of the city devolves a duty to, or imposes a duty on, a department other than the department of neighborhoods and which duty this article assigns to the department of neighborhoods, the provision shall be construed to refer to the department of neighborhoods.
