Sec. 12-70-9. - Conflicts. Should any section, clause, or provisions of this chapter be declared by the courts to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole, or parts thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. (Ord. No. 5494, 3-5-2013)
